Internship: Tax/Accounting or HR/Sustainability

Your mission

In this varied internship, you will have the opportunity to choose two individual areas of focus from HR, Tax & Accounting, Controlling, as well as Sustainability & Renewable Projects. Depending on your focus, you will support the respective teams and take on the following tasks, among others:

Human Resources (HR)
  • Maintaining and documenting personnel data in the system (e.g., Personio)
  • Researching, preparing, and presenting personnel-related topics in a structured manner
  • Formulating and preparing employment references
  • Preparing, drafting, and managing employment contracts
  • Supporting cross-departmental HR projects
Tax & Accounting
  • Posting incoming invoices and supporting ongoing accounting tasks
  • Calculation of interest and support in the preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Review of tax assessments and preparation of tax-related documents
  • Development and presentation of tax-related issues
  • Support for processes in the areas of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Controlling
  • Support with monthly reporting, including obtaining, checking, and processing data from subsidiaries
  • Preparing the upload of CSRD-relevant data from subsidiaries
  • Assisting with the preparation of shareholder resolutions
Sustainability & Renewable Projects
  • Analysis of international markets for photovoltaic and battery storage systems to optimize internal demand
  • Preparation of bid comparisons, including coordination with suppliers to ensure comparability
  • Development of decision templates and recommendations for management

Your profile

  • You are an enrolled student of economics, business administration, finance, accounting, controlling, human resources management, sustainability management, or a comparable degree program
  • You are a quick learner and you are interested in various areas of business such as HR, accounting/tax, controlling, sustainability, and renewable energies
  • Initial practical experience in one of the above areas is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner and are highly motivated to take on tasks independently
  • You enjoy analytical work and preparing information and presentations
  • Strong communication skills and confident written expression, e.g., when drafting documents and evaluations
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Team spirit, a hands-on mentality, and a proactive working style round off your profile
