Your mission

We offer committed and motivated students the opportunity to write their bachelor's or master's thesis at our company. Depending on your field of study, personal interests, and skills, various topics can be covered. Possible areas of focus include:

Your profile

You are an enrolled student in the fields of agricultural sciences, process engineering, industrial engineering, agricultural/business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
Interest in animal husbandry, poultry farming, agricultural engineering, or commercial issues in the agricultural engineering field.
Technical understanding or commercial knowledge – depending on the topic, preferably supplemented by experience in automation, mechanical engineering, process optimization, data analysis, or business management methods.
Initiative, motivation, and the ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
Good communication skills, team spirit, and a willingness to actively participate in projects – in the case of technical topics, where required also in form of practical experiments or data analysis.

Our offer

Development or evaluation of new methods for automated sex determination of poultry eggs (in-ovo).
Automation and robotics in animal husbandry, e.g., vaccination robots, sorting systems, or innovative measurement and sensor technology.
Optimization of production and logistics processes, for example, in the areas of sorting, weighing technology, or process logistics in poultry farming.
Sustainability, animal welfare, and hygiene through technological innovations, e.g., hatching egg disinfection, improved hygiene procedures, or animal health measures.
Analysis, simulation, or modeling of animal husbandry processes using modern technologies and automation systems.
Economic, efficiency, and sustainability analyses of our technologies from an economic, ecological, and ethical perspective.
Commercial topics, e.g., market and competition analyses, process cost analyses, supply chain optimization, strategic business development, or controlling-related issues.
