Your responsibilities at a glance:
  • Team assistance with direct reporting line to the Management Board
  • Support in payroll and HR administration
  • Hands-on support in a wide range of HR projects
  • Assistance with international employee assignments
  • Comprehensive employee support throughout all phases of the employee life cycle
  • Tasks with an international focus

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in HR administration, or a completed bachelor’s degree
  • Professional experience in HR administration
  • Ideally, experience in payroll and with the HR software Personio
  • Solution-oriented and proactive mindset and working style
  • Confident and composed demeanor
  • High level of self-organization and sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
